when do I book a newborn session?

I recommend booking a newborn session at the end of your second trimester or beginning of your third trimester. I only take on a certain amount of babies per month.

when do maternity sessions take place?

Maternity Sessions are held at 28-32 weeks along when mama is feeling her best. This also helps to avoid missing the session due to delivery.

when should i book my cake smash session?

I always recommend booking cake smashes as early as possible. This gives ample time to plan the session but I also only take on a certain amount of cake smashes per month.

I received your inquiry and I am so excited to work with you. We will discuss your needs and wants for your session and then I will send over a booking link to get your date and session locked in by paying a portion of the total amount due. Once this is done, your spot is secured.

Now, we will work on the details of your session. We can get together in my Rio studio for wardrobe try ons, we discuss session locations. You can of course message me with any questions along the way, I am always more than happy to assist. 

The Big day- Session day

Session day is here and everyone is excited. Your job on this day is to enjoy the session and nothing more.This experience with your family is going to be so incredibly special, I promise. 

Gallery delivery + ordering appointment

I am over the moon to share your gallery with you. Your gallery will come in one of two ways. Full Gallery (fully edited at delivery) or you pick your favorites to have edited completely. It all depends on the session that you booked. What do you do now with your gallery once it is finished? The choice is yours. Majority of my clients choose to get together in person or via zoom to have an ordering appointment. This is the time that you can pick heirloom quality products to preserve and display on the walls in your home. The average investment with families that choose to have an ordering appointment is $1800 but has gone up as high as $5000. Please know that it is not mandatory to have an ordering appointment to order products, it is just truly a service that we love to offer to the special families that we work with.

If you chose to order any prints, wall art or products this wonderful day is for you. I have inspected your keepsakes and then we set up a time and day to get them delivered to you. I know that these are going to be some of the most beautiful moments that you will cherish for a lifetime.
