Serving the Madison and Sun Prairie areas, Happy Hound Adventures helps families safely and confidently integrate babies and children into homes with dogs. By using education, guidance and positive reinforcements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meet the Owner: Nora Barman<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Happy Hound Adventure is owned and operated by Nora Barman, a professional dog trainer who saw a major gap in education especially when it pertains to babies and dogs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After having her own daughter, Nora’s pediatrician went through the standard safety checklist, asking questions about stairs, older siblings, pets and so on. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But when it came to dogs, the guidance felt quick, vague and not truly complete. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This moment has stuck with Nora. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As both a dog trainer and a mom, Nora realized that there was truly a lack of education around how to safely and successfully raise babies and dogs in the same home. Since then, Nora has made it her mission to bridge the gap and this is how we now have Happy Hound Adventure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What Happy Hound Adventures Offers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Happy Hound Adventures recently launched their P.A.W.S. and Pacis Program. These are specifically designed for families with babies, young children and dogs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The goal is simple but so powerful:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To help families live SAFELY, CALMLY AND HARMONIOUSLY – without fear, confusion or stress. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This program focuses on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Education for parents <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Understanding dog behavior <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Positive reinforcement training <\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Creating realistic routines <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nora wants more families to know: You don’t have to “figure it out as you go.” You can prepare. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
