What’s included in the Baby Plan?
The Baby Plan includes four sessions throughout your baby’s first year.
Maternity Session
A simple, timeless maternity session documenting this season before baby arrives.
Newborn Session
Those tiny details change unbelievably quick. Your newborn session documents baby during those first few weeks, along with portraits of parents and siblings.
6-Month Milestone Session
Around 6 months is one of my favorite stages to photograph. Babies are usually full of personality, smiles, chunky little legs and learning to sit independently.
One Year Portraits + Cake Smash
We finish the year with first birthday portraits and a simple, timeless cake smash. Parents are included, too.
The Baby Plan also includes a complimentary Motherhood Session to use during your baby’s first year and a matted 8×10 print.

You can also add a 4-month milestone and/or a 9-month milestone session for just $99 each.
These smaller sessions are perfect if you want to document the stages between the bigger milestones without committing to another full session.

This is $749 in savings compared to booking without the sale.
The Baby Plan is set up on a required monthly payment schedule. After booking, your remaining balance will be divided into monthly payments that will continue until one month before your baby’s first bithday. The payments must remain current throughout the plan. If you prefer, you may choose to pay the full Baby Plan balance at the time of booking instead.
When should I book the Baby Plan?
Earlier than you might think.
You do not need to wait until your baby is born to reserve your newborn photographer and I actually recommend that you don’t wait.
In fact, booking while you are pregnant is the best way to make sure that there is room on my calendar around your due date – especially if you would like maternity portraits.
For newborn sessions, I reserve space based on your due date month. Once baby arrives, we. will finalize the actual session date.
I am currently booking December 2026 through due date into 2027.
Studio sessions take place in my Rio, WI studio, families travel from Madison, Sun Prairie, Beaver Dam, Portage, Wisconsin Dells, Milwaukee, the Fox Valley and surrounding areas.
Why book the entire first year at once?
Because after baby arrives, remembering to schedule pictures tends to fall somewhere behind feeding schedules, appointments, laundry and figuring out what day it is.
With the Baby Plan, it is already taken care of. I am here to help you schedule your sessions as we progress through your baby’s first year.
You won’t have to search for another photographer every few months. Your baby’s portraits have a consistent, timeless look from maternity through their first birthday and you know those important stages are on the calendar.
Most importantly, you end up with a complete story of a year that goes faster than you would like.
